Chibiusa's evil, teenage-drama'd form, Wicked/Black Lady. :D From Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon. I was browsing through trying to find Anna's work (I don't remember her last name, but Anna was a GODDESS back in the day, and I was trying to see if she might still be online), and I saw some of my old, old Chibiusa fanart (and cringed), but I was inspired to do a Sailor Moon piece because I haven't drawn any fanart for the series in a long time.

It was my first anime love. @_@ So, uh, homage!

May do a matching Mistress 9. We'll see.

I totally forgot credits. ARGH.

Very nice, I've been meaning to do a Wicked Lady piece for a while now. My fav character was Chibi-usa and I LOVED Wicked Lady. Great piece here, I love the hair!
