i think your rain come out really well. it feels like it's coming down hard and fast espcially with the wind. i love all the blues as well.

nice, I like the blue too.

I think the rain is pretty good, I would suggest putting those tiny dots of rain on the left mostly of her since the rain is slanted , but obviously can go most everywhere.

just a few spread out should make it look like it's part of the picture and not just a background(the girl).

the shades in the image look like a mix of pencil shadings/watercoloring ..which is koo and odd haha.

but good job as usual.
